If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service amount will be charged to your account or card on file.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than
15 minutes late
may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, with applicable fees.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a
cancellation fee of 50%
